Powertime is a consumer-focused business that is South Africa’s largest merchant of pre-paid electricity by mobile phone, particularly through its award-winning smartphone apps.
Sentient’s work with Powertime is to firstly create awareness and understanding of the service, and second to position Powertime as an ally of the consumer in helping them reduce their electricity consumption. This is done through advisory articles and positioning in relevant features, as well as driving a social media and video production campaign.
